Jules Feiffer to visit Fourth Grade

Illustrious cartoonist and children's book author, Jules Feiffer, will be visiting Berkeley Carroll on April 2nd to speak to the Fourth Grade about the writing process. In preparation, each Fourth Grade class has heard one of his chapter books - A Room with a Zoo, A Barrel of Laughs, A Vale of Tears or The Man in the Ceiling. We are also examining his picture books and doing research on his life. Students will also see and discuss his animated anti-war film, "Munro," which won an Academy Award in 1961.
